All services and products offered through House of Crystal Alchemy, Mystic Encounters, and Jamie Golob are intended to support spiritual, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book sessions or make purchases. Anyone under 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian. By purchasing or booking through this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services & Sessions

5. Products & Crystal Sales

6. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
For Reiki or intuitive sessions, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Refunds for physical products are accepted only for items damaged during shipping and must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.
