# Privacy Policy — Thistle & Quartz

House of Crystal Alchemy ("we," "us") operates the Thistle & Quartz mobile app (the "App"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

## What the App Stores

The App saves the following directly on your device only, using standard local app storage:

- Whether you've entered a valid access code

- Your saved daily oracle card draws and crystal pulls, so they persist if you close and reopen the app

- No account, name, email, or other personal information is required to use the App

None of this information is transmitted to us, to any server, or to any third party. It stays on your device and is deleted if you uninstall the App.

## Payments

If you purchase lifetime access, that purchase is processed entirely by Square, our payment provider, through your device's web browser — not inside the App itself. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Square's own privacy policy governs information collected during that transaction; see squareup.com/legal/general/privacy.

If you access the App as a Thistle & Quartz mail club subscriber, your subscription is managed the same way, through Square, separately from the App.

## Links to Other Sites

The App contains links to our website (houseofcrystalalchemy.com) and to Square's checkout page. These open in your device's browser, outside the App, and are governed by their own privacy policies.

## Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

## Analytics & Advertising

The App does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services of any kind.

## Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
